Taylor Shepherd

Meet Taylor Shepherd, one of Chalfont’s rising stars in Change Management. Taylor’s toolkit is vast and includes methodologies and frameworks which she adapts to meet the organisation needs, often making them simple and easy to implement.

Above all, she believes people are an organisation’s biggest asset, and that a great culture, driven from the top, unlocks real performance and engagement. She is excited by what AI brings to change management, in supporting clients to successfully implement change and help their people adapt.

From Crookwell, NSW, Taylor brings a grounded, approachable energy to her role. She’s known for her calm, inclusive presence and her ability to keep a pulse on team dynamics while driving outcomes behind the scenes.

She’s currently studying to become a reformer pilates instructor and her favourite go-to local spots include Cartel and The Royal in Queanbeyan, and when it comes to a last meal, nothing beats nachos piled high with cheese and guacamole.

Her inspiration? Her dad.

“He’s humble, gives his time to others, enjoys his job, still plays sport, volunteers for the local soccer club, and just gets on with it. He’s taught me many valuable life skills, most importantly how to change a flat tyre”
