Mahmudul is a calm, solutions-focused developer who loves turning complexity into clarity. Since joining Chalfont in October 2023, he’s been delivering high-impact .NET development as part of a major transformation program. 

A strong advocate for Agile Scrum, Mahmudul thrives in collaborative environments where teams work iteratively and stay aligned to evolving business needs. His technical capability is matched by a quiet determination to solve problems thoughtfully, building systems that are not just functional, but meaningful for the people who use them. He is currently exploring opportunities with AI-powered code review tools to streamline development and testing by automating code analysis, enhancing quality, and resolving technical challenges. 

Originally from Rajshahi and Dhaka, Bangladesh, Mahmudul brings a global perspective and a passion for continuous learning to every engagement. Whether he’s integrating complex applications or mentoring peers, he brings patience, insight and heart to his work. 

Outside of the office, Mahmudul enjoys slow weekends filled with coffee, cricket, family time and the occasional East Coast getaway. He also loves helping his kids tackle maths problems and sharing financial smarts around the dinner table.
