For her, a Business Analyst’s most important value is ensuring clear communication and a common understanding of goals, requirements, and solutions. 

She’s a big fan of the design double diamond, as it allows for constant iteration and innovation on any project but always takes a pragmatic approach to what works best. She’s using Ai toAI  support her business analysis processes, especially automating data exploration for large data sets and modelling the impact of proposed changes. 

Her career began almost by accident when her boss was sick, and she had to attend a requirement-gathering workshop in his place. “I fell in love with the process right then and there. I haven’t looked back since.”  

She’s known to binge a whole TV series in one sitting, as long as her dog isn’t begging for a walk.
