Jordan Sembel

Jordan is a Senior Business Analyst within the Design + Analysis Hub. He is a professional who “fell into” the field but discovered a genuine passion for collaboration and solving complex problems. Jordan particularly enjoys utilising process and journey mapping methodologies to drive results. He believes the most significant value a Business Analyst provides is the ability to reduce waste—saving time, money, and resources—while significantly improving organisational efficiency.

Outside of his professional life, Jordan is a Canberra native who leads an active and balanced lifestyle. His perfect weekend starts with an early wake-up for the gym, followed by a nice lunch, basketball, and a trip to the beach, eventually winding down with a great dinner and some PlayStation. A fan of Indonesian food and local Kingston favorite Onzieme, Jordan also possesses the impressive athletic ability to 360 dunk a basketball. For Jordan, the highlight of his time at Chalfont has been the opportunity to work alongside great people.
