Jess Hallbert

Jess brings calm, clarity and structure to complex delivery environments. With a natural affinity for PMBOK and process-driven methodologies, Jess adapts her approach to suit each project’s needs, balancing rigour with flexibility to ensure teams stay aligned, risks are managed, and outcomes are delivered.  

To her, project management is all about translating great ideas into real-world results and creating space for people to do their best work. She’s excited by what AI brings to the Project Management space, from streamlining reporting to early risk management, maybe even true lead indicators. 

Born in Canberra and raised in the southeast of South Australia, Jess brings a strong sense of community wherever she goes. Outside of work, she gives back through her local gymnastics organisation, using her judging qualifications to support young athletes in safe, inclusive environments. On weekends, you’ll often find her camping off-grid with her family, ideally with no mobile service in sight.
