Her work one goal is creating a highly functional, positive, and responsive workspace. Whether she’s streamlining processes, managing resources, or jumping in to provide program support, Filia is the kind of person who brings clarity to chaos, and keeps everything (and everyone) on track. 

For Filia, the real value of an Office Manager goes beyond admin. “It’s about creating the conditions for others to succeed,” she says. From resolving issues before they escalate to fostering a workplace culture where people feel seen and supported, she plays a critical (but often invisible) role in driving Chalfont’s success. 

Born and raised in Canberra, Filia’s ideal weekend involves escaping the buzz of weekend sport and heading to the beach with family, soaking up the sun, good food, and laughter. And when it comes to comfort food, nothing beats homemade lasagna and a glass of red.
