Reliable, resourceful, and a bit of a geek in the best way, Callum is the kind of Systems Administrator every organisation needs behind the scenes.  

Working in a fast-paced, tech-heavy environment, Callum finds Agile methodology especially useful for keeping tabs on team priorities and anticipating incident spikes before they hit. But his real superpower? Flexibility. With experience spanning both hardware and software, he’s a go-to for problem-solving across systems, and a trusted resource when things get complex. 

A very proud Canberra lad, Callum brings his laid-back nature to both his work and his weekends. His ideal Saturday? No plans, just couch time with his wife and dogs—with maybe a tabletop wargame thrown in. Skilled with hobby knives, glue, and a game controller, Callum’s also an avid gamer with a creative streak that spills over into his downtime. 

His inspiration? Simply put: dogs. Especially his own, who were both born blind. “No matter what’s happening in their lives or the world, they’re always up for a cuddle and a scratch behind the ears.” It’s a reminder to stay present, joyful, and resilient. 

What keeps him at Chalfont?  

“The closeness. Everyone knows everyone, and the culture feels genuinely supportive. It’s the first place I’ve worked where I can have a casual chat with the bosses just like I do with my team.”
