Anna Gaffney
An experienced change specialist with a passion for helping people navigate complexity, Anna brings a deeply human approach to organisational transformation.
Blending frameworks like ADKAR and Kotter with empathy-based models and behavioural science (including Nudge Theory and Kubler-Ross), Anna believes that real change sticks when people feel informed, supported, and involved. Her approach is practical, flexible, and grounded in a belief that resistance often stems from feeling unprepared – not unwilling. She’s especially focused on change management as a key enabler of successful AI implementations by bridging the gap between innovation and adoption.
She’s a proud Canberra local, weekend adventurer, backyard beekeeper, and fan of live music. You might find her hiking, chasing her daughter around the veggie patch, or winding down with a glass of red at the Old Canberra Inn.
What keeps her at Chalfont?
“The people. It’s rare to find a place where the people are both incredibly smart and genuinely supportive – and where your growth is a shared priority.”
