He brings deep experience but no ego, he’s happy to work in whatever methodology or framework best suits the client. Whether it’s leading from the front or quietly getting systems humming in the background, he brings calm, clarity, and a sharp problem-solving lens to every engagement. With the rise of generative AI, Rob is seeing opportunities to streamline clients’ support infrastructure reducing the time taken to resolve common customer issues. 

Growing up in the Central West NSW town of Mudgee, Rob has never lost his grounded, straightforward approach. Ask him about his start in the industry and he’ll tell you it was simple: he fell in love with programming as a creative outlet, one that could turn imagination into working code. 

Outside of work, Rob is all about good wine, good cheese, and uncrowded getaways. He values simplicity, quality, and connection—whether it’s at Alberto’s Lounge in Sydney (his latest restaurant favourite) or just enjoying a perfectly cooked roast pork with all the trimmings. 

His inspiration? Industry and .Net legend Richard Campbell, a symbol of integrity, curiosity, and lifelong learning in tech. Much like Rob himself.
