Juliet likes to keep fit and is known for her culinary delights, if you are lucky to taste them you won’t be disappointed.

Tom Dixon
Tom is Chalfont’s Head of Consulting and Program Delivery. He is focused on building high-performing teams, solving complex problems and delivering value to his clients.
Tom is an experienced project and program manager, business analyst and consultant with over fifteen years’ experience across both private and public sectors.
No project is too red for Tom — his pragmatism and persistence are his points of difference, enabling him to cut through and return a suboptimal project to a healthy state.
Tom is a results-focussed team player, that is passionate about delivery and will work furiously to ensure your resources are used optimally and that your strategic objectives are met.
When Tom isn’t delivering projects, he’s busy crafting beer or charcuterie in his shed, or at Mount Stromlo’s downhill trails working off these hobbies.

Matthew Porter
Design and Analysis Hub Lead, Matt loves delivering working solutions for clients through a user centred and architecturally aligned approach.
Matt is an experienced delivery manager, business analyst, scrum master and agile coach who proactively works with internal and external stakeholders to deliver desirable, feasible and usable digital products and services.
When he’s not working with clients, Matt is busy spending time with his young family, as well as nourishing his inner nerd through video games and Lego.

Regan Markwick
Regan is the lead for the Applications Development and Cloud solutions hub. He is adept at bringing various technologies together to solve complex problems.
Regan has a proven track record in leading successful implementations of Microsoft products, particularly Dynamics CRM/365 to ensure his client get the most out of their systems and his knowledge.
When he’s away from the computer Regan is usually running, building Lego, photographing something or down the coast exploring or can occasionally be found on weekends playing F1/GT3 racing games.

Lachlan Evans

Lachlan enjoys challenging environments that are primed to help his clients take the next step in their transformation journey, striving for continuous improvement.
Lachlan loves to get out and about whether it is going to his local park run, playing pick up basketball or volunteering for a cause close to his heart.

Ben Brown

Ben is experienced in delivering and building business solutions, bringing enthusiasm and drive in building solutions that make people’s work easier has helped him deliver quality systems across several Federal Government departments and agencies.
Ben enjoys building relationships across an organisation to define requirements, managing change and deliver quality products using Agile methodologies.

Chris Easey
Chris is a software developer who likes learning about how people and organisations work and looking for ways to make their lives easier
Chris has been developing and delivering solutions on a variety of Microsoft platforms for over 15 years, from on-premise custom application servers to software-as-a-service cloud offerings.
Chris can help clients to co-design and implement solutions that work for them, providing a genuine sense of ownership in the end solution.
Chris is an avid NRL fan and a long suffering Wests Tigers supporter. He is looking forward to the Tigers one day playing finals football and breaking their 10 year drought of failing to make the Top 8.

Megan Patterson
Megan is an experienced professional with over 11 years of experience within the Public Service. Megan enjoys bringing her knowledge and experience to help her clients meet their desired outcomes.
Outside of work Megan is a dedicated mother of three, who enjoys watching her children doing the sports they love.

James Hughes
James is an Professional Coach working within the Delivery Transformation Hub and loves working with systemic challenges for teams and organisations.
He has a breadth of knowledge in Agile, Lean and large-scale transformations. He is passionate about forming partnerships with his clients and building systemic relationships to produce amazing teams and products. James creates these connections by mentoring and coaching individuals and the holonic system they are apart.
James has been in Canberra and Perth WCS and Ceroc dance community for over 10 years and continues to love attending dance parties and community social events.

Scott Jewell
Scott is a pragmatic and outcomes focused business analyst who enjoys exploring innovative solutions to help his clients solve business challenges.
Scott utilises a range of business analysis techniques he works in lock step with business to achieve great outcomes for all stakeholders.
Scott brings his whole self to work, forging productive and authentic professional relationships. Challenging existing processes and seeking out opportunities for innovation is central how Scott approaches solving business problems. He enjoys working in an agile team environment where he can grow his digital skillsets from other professionals.
Scott dabbles in homebrewing and is not one to shy away from new culinary challenges.

Jacob Fitzpatrick

Jacob is a technology enthusiast that can effectively engage and connect with user groups through his ability to empathise and rapidly understand complex environments.. By partnering with his clients, he has great determination to ensure that authentic outcomes are being achieved through any scale of digital change or transformation.
Jacob is a born and bred Canberran that regularly finds new hobbies he’s interested in. His latest one is mountain biking so you may find him on a weekend riding at Stromlo park.

Emanuele D’Elia
Emanuele is a UX/UI designer. He enjoys being creative with a focus on a ”user first” approach. He believes that if we all work harder, the user doesn’t have to.
Emanuele has also worked across many different creative streams from Interior Design to Graphic Design in the private sector and within Federal Government for over 20 years..
As a UX/UI designer, Emanuele loves being challenged by designing products that are attractive, clean but most of all meets user needs. Endeavouring to encompass industry design thinking practices where we can begin to explore a world of possibilities and potential.
Emanuele enjoys throwing some heavy weight around the gym at ridiculous times of the night.

Kaleb Shortland
Kaleb is a Senior IT Consultant. He specialises in developing and implementing solutions that deliver quality to clients. Kaleb is an experienced Delivery Manager and Business Analyst. He brings years of experience managing business transformation projects with an emphasis on public sector initiatives.
Kaleb is enthusiastic in his approach and has no problem doing what he says. He has strong leadership skills and can provide guidance on critical decisions. Kaleb values teamwork and regularly works with people across different time zones. He is an independent thinker and can quickly adapt to any environment.
You will usually find Kaleb around a golf course or baseball diamond in his spare time, either playing or coaching.

Darren Maxwell
Darren is a Senior Consultant. He enjoys engaging and partnering with organisations to provide first class solutions to business problems.
Darren enjoys identifying solutions to problems and partnering with organisations and teams to improve their processes, systems and build capability and knowledge to ensure they can continue to provide core services to their customer base.
Darren is a bit of an adrenalin junkie and has at various times thrown himself into the deep end by undertaking a range of activities including bungie jumping. He’s also known to be a huge Star Wars nerd, thanks to his Boba Fett motorbike helmet, which is regularly sighted around town.

Luke Garrett
Luke loves working with people and building strong relationships. His focus is delivering organisational improvement via robust and relevant solutions.
Luke has worked in ICT for over 20 years across all sectors of support, software and hardware, infrastructure and management. He has worn many hats such as BA, Service Support Manager, Change Manager, Delivery Manager and community liaison. Luke attributes his successful track record of delivery to a combination of relationship building and extensive business and technical knowledge.
A Canberra boy, Luke also spent 15 years in Hobart working predominately in government. While in Tasmania he developed an unhealthy obsession with mountain biking, which is fortunately tempered by his wonderful wife and kids. A rabid Formula 1 fan, he is hoping to see Red Bull return to its former glory.
